(van zodra het water kookt). Giet af en spoel onder koud water. Schil de aardappelen, snij ze in plakjes en zet opzij.<\/li>\n<li>Meng de room met de dille en het sap van de limoen en kruid met peper en zout.<\/li>\n<li>Wrijf een ovenschotel in met wat boter en schik een laagje aardappelschijfjes op de bodem. Bedek met laagje gerookte zalm en giet er de helft van het roommengsel\u00a0 over. Leg opnieuw een laagje aardappel, vervolgens de filets van verse zalm en de andere helft van de room. Eindig met een derde aardappellaagje.
