Snij de paprika in blokjes.<\/li>\n<li>Bak het gehakt rul in wat olijfolie. Voeg er na 10 minuten de ui en de knoflook, de paprikablokjes en de tomatenblokjes aan toe en wat pili-pili.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg 300ml water toe, breng aan de kook en laat 2 uur zachtjes sudderen op een laag vuurtje.<\/li>\n<li>Laat de bonen spoel de bonen en laat uitlekken en doe ze bij de saus. Laat nog 10 minuten op een zacht vuurtje door warmen.
