{"id":136,"date":"2015-03-18T18:49:49","date_gmt":"2015-03-18T16:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recepten.stefanblomme.be\/?p=136"},"modified":"2015-03-18T18:49:49","modified_gmt":"2015-03-18T16:49:49","slug":"nasi-van-quinoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recepten.kennisdelen.net\/?p=136","title":{"rendered":"Nasi van Quinoa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>225 gr quinoa<\/li>\n<li>2 el olijfolie<\/li>\n<li>180 gr bacon in reepjes<\/li>\n<li>1 ui gesnipperd<\/li>\n<li>1 teen knoflook gesnipperd<\/li>\n<li>1 tl gemalen komijnzaad<\/li>\n<li>1 tl gemalen koriander<\/li>\n<li>0,5 tl gemberpoeder<\/li>\n<li>400 g Chinese roerbakgroenten<\/li>\n<li>Zout en Peper<\/li>\n<li>Eventueel sambal of rode peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bereiden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Was de quinoa grondig (dit gaat het beste in een zeef), anders kan de quinoa bitter smaken.<\/li>\n<li>Breng de quinoa aan de kook en kook 12 minuten in 2 delen water (of bouillon) op 1 deel quinoa (oftewel 300 ml).<\/li>\n<li>Verhit de olie in een wok.<\/li>\n<li>Bak het spek in 3 min. knapperig en schep het uit de wok.<\/li>\n<li>Fruit in de wok in het spekvet de ui en de knoflook 1 min. Bak het komijnzaad, de gember en de koriander 1 min. met de ui mee. Voeg de roerbakgroenten toe.
